Each piece of OceanGold jewelry is handcrafted with care, using naturally delicate shells shaped by the sea. To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your item, we recommend the following care guidelines:

Jewelry Care

• Avoid prolonged exposure to water. While our shells come from the ocean, they are no longer protected by nature’s tide. Remove jewelry before swimming or showering.

• Remove before sleeping or resting. Shells are naturally lightweight and delicate, and pressure from body weight can cause them to crack or break. Some edges may also be sharp, so taking your jewelry off before lying down helps protect both the piece — and you.

• Store with care. Keep your jewelry in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches or pressure cracks.

• Keep away from chemicals. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.

• Handle gently. The shells we use are naturally thin and luminous — part of what makes them beautiful. Treat each piece with the care it deserves.

Cleaning

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak or use harsh cleaning agents.

Repairs

We want your OceanGold piece to be loved for years to come. If your item breaks within 90 days of purchase due to a material or craftsmanship issue, we’re happy to offer a free repair or replacement. (If your natural shell breaks, we do our best to find the most similar one, but it's not guaranteed due to natural conditions.)

To request a repair, email us at contact@wearoceangold.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped from Cape Cod, MA. (If you're a local, you may choose the pick-up method or get a local delivery)

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging

To begin a return, please email contact@wearoceangold.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping address.

Please note:

• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because our pieces are made from naturally unique shells, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you'd like a different item, you're welcome to return your original piece for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
